Discover the keys to making management easier and more rewarding by understanding your role as a supervisor. Gain practical skills needed to be an effective manager. This is a five session certificate program. All five sessions must be taken to receive a Certificate of Completion. Full refunds granted upon receipt of written request to uwspceweb@uwsp.edu when received 14 days before the start date of each individual workshop. No refunds will be given if cancellation is received less than 14 days before the workshop. Substitutions can be made at any time, but no shows will be responsible for the full certificate program fee.
